Driven Auto Group is expanding, and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Special Finance Manager to join our growing team.

You will be working with complex credit profiles, structuring deals, and guiding customers through important financial decisions with clarity and confidence.

Role Summary

As a Special Finance Manager, you will manage incoming credit applications, structure approvals, and deliver a transparent, solutions-focused customer experience. You will collaborate closely with Lenders, the Sales Director, and internal teams to ensure efficient deal flow and consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze credit applications and bureau reports

• Structure deals based on individual customer profiles

• Communicate with lenders to secure approvals and negotiate terms

• Guide customers through income verification and documentation

• Present vehicle and financing options clearly and professionally

• Prepare final paperwork for funding

• Maintain consistent follow-up using CRM systems

• Collaborate with internal teams to finalize and deliver deals

• Manage a high-volume pipeline while maintaining accuracy and compliance
