Job description

Objective of job:

  • Book in/out and monitor inventory movements. 

Principal activities:

  • Plan and assure the unloading of containers according to guidelines.
  • Handle rush requests; relay information on additional demand.
  • Receiving purchase orders in HOST/SAP system.
  • Booking in all raw materials.  Book in/input data in predefined screens in the materials management systems.
  • Complete systematic receiving transactions for Mexico and Duncan sites.
  • Distribution of items received in on Purchase Orders.
  • Maintain all paperwork related to bookings to and from the warehouse.
  • Filling out receiving records and ensuring that receiving log is up to date.
  • Work with purchasing to validate/rectify invoices.
  • Assemble, forward and check transported goods documentations for accuracy; take action as required.
  • Be cooperative with co-workers in order to maintain a good working environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Filling orders to include picking ,labeling, scanning , wrapping and shipping
  • Verification of inventories in warehouse locations match the host system for accuracy
  • Must be able to drive PIT equipment i.e( sit down , Reach)

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory control
  • Basic computer skills; experience with SAP or similar systems preferred
  • Ability to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), including:
    • Sit-down forklift
    • Reach truck
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required
  • Previous Automotive experience is a plus!
