The Marketing Content Specialist works collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and product development, to create marketing content to drive product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
· Campaign Development & Execution: Responsible for creative development to support marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, print, events, and social media.
· Social Media Management: Create, schedule and publish daily content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Monitor engagement and help grow our online community.
· Product Promotion: Develop and update promotional materials (brochures, product sheets, presentations) that accurately convey the features and benefits of DRAIN IV products.
· Content Creation & Management:
o Write, edit, and proofread engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms
o Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and supports SEO objectives.
o Manage social media calendar and update marketing calendar regularly
o Create email marketing campaign templates
o Create and maintain a library of all digital marketing content including product images, social posts, brand guidelines, PowerPoint presentations, eblast campaigns, counter day posts, spiff flyers and others
o Manage updates needed on the website with new products, key words, promotions and quarterly review of content
· Event Coordination: Organize and manage trade show schedule, industry conferences, webinars, and customer appreciation events. Handle logistics, booth setup, promotional giveaways, and post-event follow-ups.
Additional Responsibilities
· Basic Analytics: Assist with organizing monthly data from Google Analytics and social media insights to help us see what's working and what isn't.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
· Experience: 4+ years of experience in marketing content creation, preferably within HVAC, manufacturing, or similar industry.
· Technical Proficiency: Experience with marketing software (CRM, CMS, email platforms, analytics tools) is required. Experience with Canva, Photoshop and/or Adobe Suite are required.
· Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
· Organizational Skills: Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
· Creative Thinking: Demonstrated capacity to generate new ideas and approaches for marketing campaigns.
· Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in preparing marketing materials, reports, and digital content.
· Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
· Adaptability: Willingness to learn about evolving technologies and adjust strategies based on market shifts and company direction.
