DMV USA is a global manufacturer of high-grade stainless-steel tubes and pipes, serving critical industries with precision and reliability. We are looking for dependable, hands-on individuals who want to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

The Opportunity

We’re hiring Skilled Labor employees for multiple operational areas across our plant, including:

• Machine Operators (cutting, forming, straightening, heat-treating, testing)
• Maintenance Technicians (mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting)
• Shipping & Logistics (Shipping, Receiving, Material handling)
• Production Support Roles (preparation, cleaning, inspection, packaging)

If you have mechanical aptitude, good work habits, and the ability to learn industrial processes, we want to meet you.

Experience in manufacturing or skilled trades is preferred but not required for all positions — we train motivated people.

What You’ll Do

Depending on role and experience, your day-to-day may include:

• Operating industrial equipment safely and efficiently
• Using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Performing routine equipment checks and reporting issues
• Supporting maintenance work orders and repairs
• Staging, moving, or loading materials with forklifts or overhead cranes
• Following production instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Working independently and with a team to meet daily goals

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical or technical aptitude
• Safety-First Mindset
• Ability to read basic work instructions, measurements, and production documents
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (heat, noise, physical work)
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn multiple processes and cross-train
• Team-oriented and good communication.

Physical Requirements (varying by role)

• Stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Bend, reach, and work with hands/tools for extended periods
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and other industrial equipment (training provided)
