X/Celerant is seeking several full-time Management Consultants to join our team anywhere in Canada. The Management Consultant will be responsible for coaching shop floor level meetings in a manufacturing setting, installing metrics and installing LEAN tools. The Consultant will work side by side with the clients to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner. Experience in these areas is a must. Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Operations Management Consulting for Senior Consultant roles
  • 5-10 years of experience in Operations Management Consulting for Project Manager and Director roles
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or other related fields
  • Demonstrated experience using LEAN tools in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize duties effectively
  • Experience in data analysis, project management, and/or supply chain management is a plus
  • Demonstrated interest and understanding of operations strategy
  • Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
  • 100% travel required
  • Physical requirements: ability to see, hear, and walk through manufacturing sites including some stairs
