Job description

Destined For Healing LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for LMSWs, LCSWs, LCSW-Cs, and LICSWs who are passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families heal, grow, and thrive.

We are a trauma-informed, culturally responsive counseling practice committed to providing high-quality behavioral health services through a supportive and collaborative environment. This contract position offers flexibility, autonomy, professional growth, and FREE Clinical Supervision for LMSWs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, intake evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services through telehealth and/or in-person sessions as applicable.
  • Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other clinically appropriate interventions.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in compliance with HIPAA and professional standards.
  • Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when clinically appropriate.
  • Collaborate with other providers and referral sources to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in supervision, consultation, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain a minimum of 10 completed client sessions per week
  • Availability to accept new referrals and maintain an active caseload
  • Opportunity to grow beyond 10 weekly sessions based on clinician availability and client demand
  • Evening and/or weekend availability preferred but not required
  • Commitment to timely documentation and client follow-up

Qualifications

  • Active LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-C, LICSW, or equivalent independent clinical licensure.
  • Master's degree in Social Work or related behavioral health field.
  • Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
  • Experience working with adults, couples, families, and/or adolescents preferred.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally responsive care practices.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Experience with telehealth services and electronic documentation systems preferred.

Pay

$55.00 - $90.00 per hour

Compensation is based on licensure level, experience, payer reimbursement rates, and completed clinical sessions.
