What Youll Do

• Execute Full Scopes: Lead residential and commercial projects from demolition through to the final finish.

• On-Site Leadership: Work alongside our estimators and project managers to ensure field measurements and technical drawings are executed accurately on-site.
  
• Quality Control: Maintain a clean, safe job site and ensure all work meets our "built to last" standards.
  

What Were Looking For

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in the trades with a strong portfolio of finished work.
  
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to read scopes; experience with field measurements is a must.
  
• Tool Savvy: Must have a full set of professional-grade hand and power tools.
  
• Reliability: A valid drivers license, reliable transportation (truck preferred), and a consistent work ethic.
