Staffing Project Manager – Phlebotomy & Clinical Staffing

Location: Houston, TX (Energy Corridor)

Dean's Professional Services is looking for a Staffing Project Manager with deep, hands-on experience in the phlebotomy and clinical lab staffing world. If you've spent 3-5+ years supervising or recruiting phlebotomists in high-volume clinical lab environments, we want to talk to you.

In this role, you'll own full-cycle recruiting and staffing project management for our clinical lab and phlebotomy accounts — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and placing top-tier phlebotomy and lab talent, while acting as the go-to escalation point for staffing issues on your accounts.

What you'll do:

• Full-cycle recruiting for phlebotomy, lab, and clinical staffing positions
• Manage staffing schedules and coverage as a project across multiple client sites
• Partner directly with client account managers in clinical/lab staffing environments
• Troubleshoot staffing gaps, call-offs, and coverage issues in real time

What you bring:

• 3-5+ years of recruiting/staffing project management experience, ideally in healthcare or clinical staffing
• Direct, hands-on experience with phlebotomy staffing and supervision in clinical lab settings
• Comfort managing multiple client accounts and competing priorities
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate pipeline management skills
• Experience with ATS/HCM platforms (Paycom experience a plus)
