Food manufacturer is seeking a Plant Operations Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor large manufacturing plant of 1000+ employees
  • Contribute to production planning and budgeting
  • Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a safe production environment
  • Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders


Qualifications

  • Minimum BA/BS, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of food production/plant management experience
  • USDA/FDA meat or frozen experience
  • Experience managing large plant operations
  • Strong organizational and managerial skills
