Job Description

The Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking seafood and other menu items according to David’s Crab Rincon recipes and quality standards. The Cook will help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and operating efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook seafood, boils, fried foods, and other menu items.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and food preparation procedures.
• Ensure food is cooked properly and served at the correct temperature.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Properly store and label food and ingredients.
• Monitor food quality and report any issues to the manager.
• Work as part of a team to provide fast and consistent service.
• Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment and work areas.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to follow instructions and recipes.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Must maintain proper food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: Based on experience.
