- This role requires experience in B2B/BPO marketing. The Social Media Marketer will Develop, manage, and optimize the social content calendar, ensuring consistent publishing, platform best practices, and cross-team alignment.
- This role requires BPO experience in social media. Scheduling and analytics tools like HubSpot, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social are preferred
- The social media marketer will create, curate, and oversee high-quality social content, including copy, basic visuals, and collaboration with designers for advanced creative.
- Support executive and SME thought leadership by drafting content and positioning DATAMARK as a leader in BPO, CX, and digital transformation.
- Partner with marketing, PPC, content, analytics, and HR teams to support integrated campaigns, demand generation, and employer branding initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report on social performance, providing actionable insights, optimization recommendations, and visibility into trends and opportunities.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to draft, proof, and refine executive- and brand-level social content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and consistency.
- The ideal candidate will be skilled in social media analytics, have solid experience in BPO, highly skilled in B2B and LinkedIn marketing including the ability to review, validate, and interpret key metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, clicks, traffic contribution), and translate data into actionable recommendations.
