Job description

D2B Groups is seeking an experienced Master Electrician to join our team. The Master Electrician will lead electrical projects, supervise junior electricians, and ensure that all electrical installations conform to safety codes and quality standards. This leadership role requires technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to mentor team members to achieve project goals effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Ensure all work complies with national and local electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor electricians and apprentices, providing guidance and training.
  • Plan and coordinate projects, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure reliability and safety.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of work performed and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

  • Valid Master Electrician license .
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical work, including supervisory roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Effective communication skills to manage client and team relations.
