The Mandate

In this role, you aren't just writing code; you are building the firm's primary engine for alpha generation. You will sit at the nexus of high-performance systems and advanced machine learning, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of mission-critical trading infrastructure.

• Architect & Scale: Design high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems capable of training and deploying complex models on petabytes of real-time data.
• Engineer Intelligence: Bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade execution by optimizing neural architectures for high-stakes financial environments.
• Product Ownership: Drive the technical roadmap for "Revenue Intelligence" tools, automating complex market signal ingestion and execution logic.

• Academic Excellence: A Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science from a global Top-Tier institution (the 0.1% of your graduating class).
• Elite Technical Experience: A background at a Tier-1 technology firm leading high-impact initiatives in AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or large-scale distributed systems.
