Position Overview

We are hiring a Network Service Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and client servers for our managed clients and data center.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and support switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, and servers
• Troubleshoot network, VoIP, and connectivity issues
• Support and maintain client servers in our data center and on-site
• Perform on-site and remote support for clients
• Monitor networks and servers using RMM tools
• Document work and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• 2+ years of network and server support experience
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, switches, VLANs, wireless, and Windows Servers
• Experience with Microsoft 365
• Network+ or CCNA is a plus
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
