AI Systems & Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Senior AI Systems & Operations Specialist to lead AI implementation, automation, and internal operations within our fast-paced creator marketing team. In this onsite role based in Winter Park, FL, you will partner with leadership to build scalable workflows, enhance data integrity, and ensure operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain AI-powered workflows and internal tools.

- Build robust automations using Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs, and webhooks.

- Manage data quality, reporting dashboards, and internal portals.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform root cause analysis.

- Develop comprehensive documentation, recovery plans, and process checklists.

- Oversee AI-generated outputs and maintain quality control standards.

- Manage sensitive account access and system security with high integrity.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in AI systems, automation, or technical operations.

- Proficiency in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n).

- Technical expertise in APIs, webhooks, SQL, Google Workspace, and data visualization.

- Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript or Python) is a plus.

- Exceptional documentation, communication, and systems-thinking skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

- Must be able to work onsite in Winter Park, FL.
