The right candidate will be clinically confident, highly organized, comfortable working independently, and able to build strong relationships with facility staff, nurses, providers, and decision-makers. This role requires both clinical credibility and a sales-minded approach to service growth, facility engagement, and account support.

Support territory growth by identifying opportunities to expand Curitec’s presence within current and potential partner facilities.
Represent Curitec professionally in the field and communicate the value of Curitec’s services to facility teams.
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and facility staff to support appropriate wound care planning.
Monitor wound progress and communicate concerns, updates, or recommendations to the appropriate care team members.
Support accurate and timely documentation related to wound care services, product needs, facility interactions, and follow-up items.
Use internal systems, including Salesforce and wound care documentation platforms, to track activity, follow-up, and account needs.
Participate in facility education, in-services, and ongoing training to support strong clinical outcomes and service growth.
Stay current with wound care standards, product knowledge, and evidence-based practices.

Strong clinical judgment and comfort discussing wound care needs with nurses, providers, and facility leadership.
Sales, marketing, business development, or account management experience preferred.
Strong communication, education, and relationship-building skills.
Professional appearance and ability to represent Curitec well in the field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage scheduling, follow-up, documentation, and territory needs independently.
