We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations while helping foster a strong, mission-driven workplace culture at our Corporate Office. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience—or strong transferable administrative skills—with a high level of organization, attention to detail, and initiative. In this role, you will support the employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration such as offer letters, contracts, and renewals, while partnering with the HR Manager to improve processes. You will also play a key role in strengthening co-worker engagement and culture through team activities, devotions, and initiatives that reflect CURE's mission, vision, and values.
