We work with clients around the world, providing entity formation, registered agent services, annual compliance, and corporate support.What makes this role exciting: You’ll be connecting with people at an exciting moment — when they’re ready to start a new business. Compass Registered Agent helps entrepreneurs choose and set up the right business entity and provides legal and corporate services to help them get their business started correctly. Your job is to reach out to potential clients, introduce our services, and connect interested business owners with our team.Role OverviewWe are looking for a confident, motivated Appointment Setter who enjoys talking with people and isn't afraid to pick up the phone.Your main goal is simple: connect with prospective clients, identify potential interest, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.You'll receive hands-on training, learn our services and sales process, and have the opportunity to grow into a larger sales role based on your performance.
What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce our services.
• Connect with new prospects through phone, email, and other outreach.
• Ask the right questions to identify needs and qualify potential clients.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and develop your communication and sales skills.

What You'll Get
