Culver Construction

The Carpenter will undertake a variety of residential projects, including new construction and remodeling, applying expertise in framing, installation, and finishing. This role involves frequent travel to multiple job sites using a personal vehicle, requiring both independent work and collaboration within a team under supervisory guidance. The Carpenter will employ precise measurements and handle materials safely, operating both company-provided and personal hand and power tools to deliver quality craftsmanship in various residential settings such as decks, cabinets, bathrooms, kitchens, and siding.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing, installation, and finishing tasks on residential new construction and remodeling projects
• Accurately measure and lay out materials for construction tasks
• Handle and manage materials safely across multiple job sites
• Operate hand and power tools proficiently for various carpentry tasks
• Conduct repair work to maintain structural integrity
• Travel frequently between job sites using a personal vehicle to ensure project timelines
• Work independently and collaboratively with team members under supervisory direction
• Construct and install concrete forms, decks, cabinets, bathroom fixtures, kitchen components, and siding

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
