Crystal Magic Psychic Center is hiring a part-time Concierge / Front Desk Associate to join our front-of-house team in Sedona.

We are looking for someone friendly, organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a busy spiritual wellness environment. This position is the first point of contact for our guests, so we need someone who can create a warm, professional experience while keeping the flow of the center running smoothly.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting guests and helping them feel welcome
• Answering phones and assisting with client questions
• Booking psychic readings, energy healing sessions, and other services
• Checking clients in and helping guide them to their sessions
• Performing aura photography sessions for guests, including taking headshot, full body, couple, group, and pet aura photos
• Explaining aura photography options and helping guests choose the best photo or report for their visit
• Operating the aura photography system and ensuring each guest has a smooth, professional experience
• Supporting walk-in traffic and scheduled appointments
• Communicating clearly with readers, healers, and management
• Keeping the front desk, waiting area, and aura photo area clean and organized
• Processing payments through Square
• Helping keep the energy of the center calm, professional, and welcoming during busy moments

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong customer service skills
• Clear communication and a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask without getting overwhelmed
• Comfortable using phones, scheduling systems, and point-of-sale software
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable working around spiritual services such as psychic readings, mediumship, Reiki, astrology, and aura photography
• Able to maintain client privacy and professionalism
• Sales or front desk experience is a plus
• Interest in metaphysical/spiritual wellness is helpful, but not required

Schedule:

This is a part-time position (3 days a week). Weekend availability is preferred, as weekends are some of our busiest days.

Compensation:

$18.50 an Hour plus tips. Aura photography tips are included as part of this position.
