CDL-A Drivers - TEAMS position available only (we can team you up with our vetted drivers)

Variety of loads: Amazon, USPS, Live Street loads

Guaranteed $2500/week upto 5555 miles/truck/week + $$0.90 CPM over 5555 miles/wk

Job Summary

Crown Auto Carriers is growing and expanding! We are looking for professional CDL Class A Team Drivers to join our growing fleet. We specialize in dry freight only (no auto hauling) with a heavy focus on steady loads, some dedicated Amazon lanes and live street loads.

If you want a dispatch team that keeps you moving, top-tier weekly pay, and well-maintained equipment, Crown Auto is your next home.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Weekly Pay: $2500 guaranteed/week/driver for upto 5555 miles/truck
  • +++++ $0.90 CPM (split) for miles over 5555 +++++
  • Monthly Performance DOT Bonuses: Up to $2,000
  • Referral Bonus: $500 per referral
  • Extra Pay: Detention, layover, extra stops, and safety bonuses
  • Fuel: Company fuel cards and significant fuel discounts

Schedule & Home Time

  • Consistent Freight: Some Drop & Hook / Amazon Dedicated Lanes (Street live loads also available)
  • No-Touch: Dry freight only.
  • Home Time: 4 weeks OTR / 5 days guaranteed home time

  • Newer Fleet: Newer model trucks equipped with modern safety features
  • 24/7 Support: Dedicated dispatch team available around the clock
  • Multilingual: Dispatchers fluent in English, Spanish, Russian, and more

Requirements

  • License: Valid Class A CDL
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of OTR experience (post-CDL school)
  • Safety: Clean driving record and solid work ethic
  • Teamwork: Must be willing to run in a 2-person team configuration
