Cross Country Education is seeking a School Services School Special Education Teacher for a local contract job in Buckeye, Arizona.

Ready to make a meaningful difference in students' lives? Cross Country Education is seeking passionate Special Education Teachers to empower students with diverse learning needs during the 2026–2027 school year in Buckeye and Scottsdale, AZ.
Position Overview:
Provide specialized instruction and individualized support to students with diverse learning, cognitive, and behavioral needs in resource, inclusive, or self-contained classroom settings.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), monitor student progress, maintain required documentation, and manage caseloads.
Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, paraprofessionals, and families to support student success and ensure effective implementation of accommodations and interventions.
Foster a structured, inclusive learning environment that promotes academic growth, positive behavior, and student engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
Active Arizona Special Education Certification (Elementary K–5 or Secondary 6–12)
Active Arizona Content Area or Generalist Certification for the applicable grade level
Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Experience providing special education instruction, case management, and student support preferred
