Position Overview

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves early mornings, precision, and creating beautiful products consistently. The ideal candidate has strong experience with laminated doughs, breads, and pastry production, and can lead a small team in a calm, organized kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bakery production and opening bake schedule
• Produce croissants, viennoiserie, focaccia, breads, cookies, and seasonal pastries
• Manage dough mixing, fermentation, proofing, shaping, lamination, and baking
• Maintain product consistency, quality, and presentation standards
• Help build recipes, pars, prep systems, and production schedules
• Train and supervise bakery staff as the team grows
• Monitor ingredient inventory and communicate ordering needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe workspace
• Collaborate with ownership on new menu development and seasonal items
