Crest Lock

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, rekey, and service a wide range of mechanical and electronic locks and hardware
• Respond to emergency lockouts for homes, businesses, and vehicles
• Install and maintain access control systems and security hardware
• Provide excellent customer service on-site and over the phone
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and job status
• Work independently and safely in the field, often in time-sensitive situations

Qualifications:

• preferred (but we are willing to train the right candidate)
• Knowledge of commercial, residential, and electronic locking systems
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills for job tracking and invoicing

Preferred But Not Required:

• Certification from ALOA or similar professional body
• Experience with access control systems or CCTV installation
• Familiarity with safes and automotive lock work
