We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team at Creekside Post Acute in Hopewell, VA. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing daily nursing operations

  • Support preparation and participation in state and federal surveys

  • Monitor QI/QM data and survey reports; provide recommendations for improvement

  • Serve on the Quality Assurance and Assessment Committee

  • Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration

  • Assist with discharge planning coordination

  • Support staff development and regulatory compliance initiatives

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license active to work in VA

  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)

  • Previous Supervisor experience
