CREDIT REPAIR PROCESSOR / CLIENT SUCCESS SPECIALIST

CrediPair Credit Repair Services is a fast-growing company dedicated to helping clients improve their financial future. We are currently hiring two motivated team members to join our Credit Processing Department.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in real estate, mortgage lending, loan processing, escrow, title, banking, or customer service who is looking for an opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding company.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn how to analyze and review credit reports
• Prepare and present client quotes
• Follow up with leads and existing clients
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Manage client accounts using our CRM system
• Process billing and payments
• Submit claims and supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate records and client files
• Communicate with clients regarding account updates
• Support daily administrative and processing tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in mortgage, lending, banking, escrow, title, real estate, or loan processing
• Familiarity with credit reports is highly preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Professional and dependable
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
