Job Title:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring professional to join our team as a Toddler Teacher in our preschool program. This individual will be responsible for creating a stimulating and nurturing environment that encourages toddlers to grow and thrive. The successful candidate will engage in activities that promote learning and development, while also fostering strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish a safe and supportive environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of toddlers.
• Attend to the personal care needs of toddlers, including feeding and diaper changing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Provide individualized attention and support to meet the unique needs and interests of each child.
• Cultivate positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
• Contribute to the maintenance of accurate records, including attendance, assessments, and observations.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with children.
• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Minimum of 1 years experience working with infants.

• Child Development Associate (CDA) certification or Head Teacher Certificate.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
