Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to thoroughly understand each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect client goals and therapeutic approaches tailored to specific mental health challenges.
• Facilitate both one-on-one counseling sessions and group therapy experiences, addressing a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma histories, interpersonal relationships, and more.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of providers, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatric consultants, to deliver holistic care and ensure comprehensive support for each patient.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions and workshops, equipping you with the latest therapeutic interventions and best practices.
• Contribute creative ideas and insights aimed at improving service delivery, program effectiveness, and enhancing the client experience at the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults, all presenting a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. The diverse makeup of our client base means that cultural sensitivity and adaptability in therapeutic techniques are crucial for effective engagement and treatment outcomes. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active state license such as Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience working with diverse populations facing various emotional disturbances.
• Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport quickly with clients, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and familiarity with documentation practices that support efficient clinical workflows.
• Previous exposure to group therapy facilitation and expertise in various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits
