Creative Health Solutions is looking for a passionate PRN Physical Therapy Assistant at our beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility with Assisted Living in Brooksville, FL.

CHS is an in-house, therapy managed company that provides excellent patient-centered care.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Creative Health Solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

  • Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques
  • Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
