The International Strategy and Product Management group (ISPM) is looking for a dynamic, technical, and business-minded Product Manager. We are responsible for crafting exceptional, culturalized product experiences worldwide! The Global Insights and Growth Strategies (GIGS) team within ISPM runs deep analytics and builds country specific opportunity insights and develop region-specific strategies.
This role will lead the international product strategy for one or more of Adobe flagship products! You will investigate global opportunities, analyze growth data, identify country-specific initiatives, work with partners and leaders to prioritize, implement, and launch initiatives.
What You'll Do
  • Develop a solid understanding of the user journey for assigned products, analyze it under the business lens and the conversion funnel, and identify the friction points pertaining to growth regions.
  • Analyze data sources to identify impactful investment areas and influence partners with cost-benefit insights.
  • Scale robust data-to-insights evolution through AI and agentic workflows shaping actionable international growth strategies.
  • Develop international growth metrics, create country-specific data models, and extract relevant data to build a comprehensive growth roadmap.
  • Collaborate with specialists across various fields including product engineering, data science, marketing, GTM, and regional teams to develop comprehensive strategies for identifying and unlocking growth opportunities.
  • Influence cross-functional teams to prioritize international growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with product and regional growth goals through impactful analysis and effective negotiation.

How you will succeed
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a subscription-based software business.
  • Strong experience in data analysis and growth management. Experience with business analysis, competitive analysis, and regional analysis is preferred. Prior exposure to data science is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment when using AI-assisted workflows, validating outputs, challenging assumptions, and ensuring accuracy, and relevance.
  • Proven track record of deriving concrete and effective insights using both quantitative and qualitative data, with a good proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau/PowerBI/Adobe Analytics. Adept in developing data models, querying large volumes of data and developing dashboards.
  • Good understanding of growth metrics across the customer journey (product usage metrics, customer acquisition, engagement and retention metrics, & financial metrics in subscription business)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups across the company, and a strong passion for standardizing methodologies and products within the industry.
