Broker’s Assistant – Commercial Real Estate

Location: Dallas, TX

Experience Level: 2-4  Years

Employment Type: Full-Time


About the Role:


We areadding another motivated and detail-oriented Broker’s Assistant to support our commercial real estate team in Dallas, Texas. This role is ideal for someone with 2 to 4  years of relevant experience who is eager to grow within the commercial real estate industry. The Broker’s Assistant will play a vital role in supporting brokers with day-to-day operations, client communication, marketing initiatives, and transaction coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to one or more commercial real estate brokers
  • Prepare and manage listing agreements, lease and sale proposals, and other transaction-related documents
  • Maintain and update CRM databases and contact lists
  • Assist with market research, property comps, and data gathering for client presentations and pitches
  • Coordinate marketing efforts including flyers, offering memorandums, email campaigns, and social media posts
  • Schedule property tours, client meetings, and internal team coordination
  • Monitor deal timelines and ensure key deadlines and deliverables are met
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors (photographers, signagecompanies, etc.)
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems


Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, real estate administration, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Experience with CRM platforms (such as Apto, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and resourceful
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $80,000 – $96,000, depending on experience
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonuses
