Broker’s Assistant – Commercial Real Estate

About the Role:
We areadding another motivated and detail-oriented Broker’s Assistant to support our commercial real estate team in Dallas, Texas. This role is ideal for someone with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience who is eager to grow within the commercial real estate industry. The Broker’s Assistant will play a vital role in supporting brokers with day-to-day operations, client communication, marketing initiatives, and transaction coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to one or more commercial real estate brokers
- Prepare and manage listing agreements, lease and sale proposals, and other transaction-related documents
- Maintain and update CRM databases and contact lists
- Assist with market research, property comps, and data gathering for client presentations and pitches
- Coordinate marketing efforts including flyers, offering memorandums, email campaigns, and social media posts
- Schedule property tours, client meetings, and internal team coordination
- Monitor deal timelines and ensure key deadlines and deliverables are met
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors (photographers, signagecompanies, etc.)
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, real estate administration, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Experience with CRM platforms (such as Apto, Salesforce, or similar)
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented, proactive, and resourceful
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range: $80,000 – $96,000, depending on experience
- Eligibility for performance-based bonuses
