Work Environment

This position allows for a remote work setting, providing flexibility to balance both professional and personal commitments. Our team values connectivity and collaboration, even from a distance, utilizing various technology platforms to stay engaged and supportive. You will be part of a network of mental health professionals who regularly share insights, provide peer support, and uphold the highest standards of care. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage clients by teaching essential coping mechanisms and self-care techniques to help them manage their mental health effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, including adjustments to treatment plans based on therapeutic outcomes.
  • Collaborate routinely with other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive, multi-faceted care.
  • Maintain diligent and confidential records of clients’ treatment progress, adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Your work will encompass a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma recovery, and relationship difficulties. You will engage with a diverse client base, aiding them in identifying their challenges and empowering them through personalized counseling methods. Create Wise Counseling Center aims to break down barriers to mental health care, ensuring everyone has access to the support they need.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.
  • Current state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • Demonstrated experience providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and groups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
  • An empathetic, non-judgmental approach to counseling, providing a safe and supportive environment for clients.
  • A proactive ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
  • Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the varying needs of clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with various counseling techniques and therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.
  • Prior work in a community health clinic or related healthcare setting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with billing and documentation protocols in a healthcare context, which will aid in reducing workload through our support systems.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. Additionally, our center offers numerous client referrals, allowing you to build a steady caseload rapidly.
