The Mission

Aegis Optikon is the new foundational future‑proof random number generation standard for all security and verification purposes. It is designed to replace legacy RNGs, eliminate opaque entropy sources, and provide a verifiable, physics‑rooted foundation for cryptography, authentication, betting, finance, and digital trust.

Your mission is to take Aegis Optikon from prototype → adoption → licensing → global integration.

Technology Pipeline

Aegis Optikon has a multi‑stage commercialization pipeline:

• Aegis Optikon API — randomness delivery for developers, cloud providers, and fintech
• Aegis Optikon Verification Layer — verifiable entropy proofs for compliance, auditing, and betting
• Aegis Optikon OEM Module — hardware integrations for sensors, cameras, and embedded devices
• Aegis Optikon Enterprise Standard — licensing to banks, exchanges, cybersecurity firms, and governments

Role Overview

You will lead Aegis Optikon as its own business unit inside CreaVisual LLC. You will shape strategy, certification, partnerships, licensing, and enterprise adoption. You will use early revenue to unlock the API, OEM, and enterprise layers. You will operate with autonomy, authority, and a deep‑tech mindset.

You will collaborate with the founder and report to the board of directors, respecting the operating agreement.

This role is for someone who has built or scaled security, cryptography, or deep‑tech products — and wants to define a new global standard.

Responsibilities

• Run Aegis Optikon as if it were your own startup business, inside Crea Visual LLC
• Lead certification pathways (NIST, FIPS, ISO)
• Build enterprise partnerships with fintech, cybersecurity, and cloud providers
• Architect API rollout, developer onboarding, and documentation
• Drive licensing deals with OEMs, sensor manufacturers, and embedded device makers
• Oversee CTO & technical integrations with partner platforms
• Manage compliance, verification, and audit frameworks
• Build Aegis Optikon’s 12–24 month roadmap
• Recruit and lead a small technical and business team as revenue grows
• Prepare the runway for API → OEM → Enterprise Standard
• Report to founder and board of directors

Compensation

This role uses product‑specific profit‑share, tied to performance and pipeline progression.

Profit‑Share Ladder

You earn profit‑share across the pipeline as you deliver results:

• 15% of Aegis Optikon API profits (4‑year vesting, 1‑year cliff)
• +10% of OEM Module profits once API reaches $250k revenue
• +10% of Enterprise Standard profits once OEM reaches $500k revenue
• +5% (45% total) of all Aegis Optikon net profits, if $1M revenue is reached

The larger Aegis Optikon gets, the better you will be compensated.

Salary activates only when Aegis Optikon reaches revenue milestones below, or after securing $1M+ in external funding.

Base Salary (activated by revenue milestones):

• $60,000/year once Aegis Optikon reaches $300,000 total revenue
• $80,000/year once Aegis Optikon reaches $500,000 total revenue
• $100,000/year once Aegis Optikon reaches $750,000 total revenue
• $200,000/year once Aegis Optikon reaches $1.000,000 total revenue

Until then, compensation is profit‑share only.
