Summer Daycare Aides

for the Summer of 2026

Qualifications:ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย Must be at least 18 years of age and a high school graduate. The qualified candidate must be a
ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย person with patience, flexibility, good communication and public relation skills, and basic
ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย computer knowledge. Previous childcare experience preferred. Certification in CPR and
ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย First Aid preferred, but not required. ย 
Term of Position:ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  Seasonal from May 26 to August 24, 2026
Salary:ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย Starting rate of $15.10 per hour
The successful candidate will:










  • Want to make a difference in a child's life by being a positive role model.
  • Help provide children with a safe and loving environment.
  • Keep children continually motivated, active, and involved.
  • Enjoy working with children grades Kindergarten through 6th grade.
  • Be able to sustain long periods of sitting / standing.
  • Be able to accompany children on field trips.
  • Be able to engage in physically active games with the children.
  • Work before and after school hours and all-day during summer months.
  • Attend any required on-going training.
