Position Summary & Objective

The Project Delivery Manager leads , directs , and coordinates activities required to successfully introduce new product variants into a live factory environment within the product licensing and product authentication space. This role ensures established NVI and customer onboarding processes are rigorously followed, cross functional teams are aligned, and strict customer deadlines are met.

Essential Functions Performed by the Position

• Acts as the single point of coordination for all Leads factory based NVI activities
• Lead end to end New Variant Introduction (NVI) activities, following the agreed process and stage gates, from initial design to customer approval, through to stable production ramp up and shipping.
• Manages the execution of NVI and onboarding processes, ensuring full compliance with defined governance, quality, and security requirements.
• Coordinates internal and external stakeholders (including customers and suppliers) to ensure readiness across materials, data, tooling, systems, and processes.
• Plans and monitors project, including production of progress reports, board reports etc. against plan.
• Eliminates ambiguity around project scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources and risk both forecasting during up front planning phases and then iterate throughout the remainder of the project.
• Agrees and tracks project budgets of over $1 million.
• Provides oversight throughout project lifecycle.
• Plans and directs all executive stakeholders & overall project communications; ensures completion of appropriate documentation and distribute to appropriate parties.
• Identifies, quantifies, prioritizes, and manages delivery risks; develops and manages project risk mitigation plans; invokes mitigation plans and escalate appropriately.
• Defines activities & dependencies, estimates work effort, develops & manages schedules and reports on actual vs. planned work.

Position Qualifications Education :

• Bachelor's degree in work experience.

Experience:

• 2 4 years proven experience in a change discipline and in PM methodologies and Project Lifecycles.
• Experience managing deliverables/workstreams/projects across matrix teams, covering internal and 3rd Party Suppliers, across different geographical locations.
• Experience in risk and issue management.
• Experience in stakeholder management (internal and external).
• Experience as a factory based project engineer or project management roles preferred.
• Previous technical experience in the manufacturing sector preferred.
• Proficiency in Office 365

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English.

• The ability to ensure clear scoping and objectives are set for the NVI project deliverables and be able to hold teams to account.
• Ability to listen and understand information and to interpret stakeholder and customer needs.
• Demonstrates sound judgement knowing when to escalate and confirm issues.
• Able to manage conflict across teams and departments and ensure swift resolution.
• The ability to influence and manage stakeholders, can drive a project to its milestones with engagement from business owners and interested parties.
• Possesses an in depth knowledge of PM methods and Project Lifecycles.
• Experienced in risk and issue management.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate with authority both verbally and in writing at all levels of the business and across different cultures; able to tailor communication appropriately to the requirement of di Conditions Office and diverse audiences
