Job Functions include:<\/b>
<\/p>\n

  • Responsible for the oversight and management (direction, coordination, and control of activities) of the CPC drivers assigned to TA Dedicated\/Bimbo within the guidelines of authorized Company policies, programs, procedures, budgets, laws and good business ethics.
    <\/li>\n
  • Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the scheduling of routes and movement of the customers' merchandise between distribution centers, vendors, and customers.
    <\/li>\n
  • Responsible for assuring that all operations are in adherence to federal, state and local laws as well as Customer and Company policies and procedures.
    <\/li>\n
  • Schedule is 7am to 4 pmย Sun\-Mon and Wed\-Fri with Tue and Sat off.ย  ย 
    <\/li>\n <\/ul>

    Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:<\/b>
    <\/p>\n

      \n
    • Dispatching of drivers
      <\/li>\n
    • Manage and document returns, miss picks, damaged items, and missed deliveries to rectify andย set up for delivery.
      <\/li>\n
    • Manage and document 20 route locations as well as fix any issues.ย  ย  ย  ย  ย 
      <\/li>\n <\/ul>

      Requirements:<\/b>
      <\/p>\n

        \n
      • Have at least 3\-5 years of Supervisorial Transportation and dispatching experience, preferablyย in a fast\-paced Transportation Departmentย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย ย  ย 
        <\/li>\n
      • Possess strong math and problem\-solving skillsย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย ย  ย 
        <\/li>\n
      • Possess good written & verbal communication skillsย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย ย  ย 
        <\/li>\n
      • Be able to work independently and as part of a teamย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย ย  ย 
        <\/li>\n
      • Be able to set up dispatch and dispatch every driver throughout the shift as wellย ย  ย ย ย  ย 
        <\/li>\n
      • Ability to multi\-task, to be flexible, and adjust changing prioritiesย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย ย  ย ย ย  ย 
        <\/li>\n
      • Must have strong Excel and Word (Microsoft) Skills
        <\/li>\n
      • Be familiar with ELD's and Hours of Serviceย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย ย ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย ย
