We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our fast-paced restaurant team. In this role, you will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, and plating while maintaining a clean and organized workstation. You will primarily work with grill, stovetop, salad, and prep stations to deliver high-quality dishes during 6-8 hour shifts. This position offers limited opportunities for advancement but provides valuable experience in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to menu specifications
• Plate dishes with attention to presentation and quality
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Set up and maintain workstation cleanliness and organization
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
• Operate grill, stovetop, salad, and prep stations efficiently

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in food preparation
