What You'll Be Doing

As our Hotel Night Auditor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the success of our overnight operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Balancing daily financial transactions and preparing accurate reports.
• Assisting guests with late check-ins, early check-outs, and any inquiries during their stay.
• Monitoring the property during overnight hours to ensure safety and security.
• Maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the front desk.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless handoffs between shifts.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• The ability to stand for up to 8 hours during your shift.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to creating a great guest experience.
