Country Service Auto Transport

Country Service is a family-run car hauling, auto driveaway, and towing operation serving the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area. We run a fleet of trucks plus a driveaway crew, and we're growing. We're looking for operators who take pride in doing the job right — no drama, no damaged cars, no excuses.

What You'll Do

• Operate flatbed and/or wheel-lift trucks for towing, recovery, and vehicle relocation
• Load, secure, and transport vehicles safely — including no-key, no-start, and AWD units
• Handle vehicle transports
• Photo-document every job at pickup and delivery in our dispatch system
• Complete tow slips and paperwork accurately
• Perform daily pre-trip inspections and keep your truck clean and road-ready
• Represent the company professionally with customers

What You Need

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (we pull MVR abstracts)
• "W" (Tow Truck Operator) endorsement is preferred — or willingness to obtain it.
• Current DOT medical card, or ability to obtain one
• 21 years or older (insurance requirement)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Reliable, on time, and reachable

Preferred

• 2+ years of flatbed / wheel-lift experience
• No CDL required
• Basic mechanical ability: jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, winch-outs
