We are seeking a skilled and energetic Collision Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Perform collision repairs on vehicles, including structural realignment, sheet metal work, and frame straightening using automotive welding equipment such as MIG welding and soldering tools.
• Utilize fabrication techniques to create or modify parts using hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal working methods.
• Conduct auto body repairs including dent removal, sanding, and automotive cosmetic repairs to achieve a flawless finish.
• Install automotive parts such as bumpers, trim pieces, and other components with precision and care.
• Use automotive welding repair techniques for structural reinforcement or restoration projects, ensuring safety and durability.
• Maintain detailed documentation of repairs performed and communicate effectively with estimators
• Qualifications
• Proven experience working as an automotive body technician or collision repair specialist in a dealership or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive structural repair, sheet metal work, auto painting, and refinishing processes.
• Proficiency with MIG welding, soldering, welding repair techniques, and automotive welding equipment.
• Familiarity with auto estimating software and customer service principles is a plus.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, airless paint sprayers, and other automotive repair equipment safely and efficiently.
• Mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures including auto glass installation and automotive parts installation.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various positions for extended periods.
