LEVEL OF EDUCATION Minimum:

• Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and relevant experience using the standard of 2 years of experience equals 1 year of education.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum:

• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe.

Preferred:

• The above plus knowledge and skills utilizing Raisers Edge.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, highly organized and able to coordinate complex projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills that reflect a positive attitude, high level of customer service, and a commitment to donors, patients, colleagues and the community.
• The employee communicates effectively. Effective and professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Expertise in digital communications including social/digital media helpful.
• Superior attention-to-detail, data accuracy and integrity. Must have superior attention to detail, excellent organization and oral and written communication skills. The ability to create targeted stewardship, appealing to diverse audiences and interest groups, and be able to professionally interact with executive level administrators, donors/prospects, and advancement staff is required. Must have the ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
