Position: Client Service Representative
Location: Ventura Blvd, Studio City (Near Universal Studios)

As a Service Representative, you'll be the frontline of our customer experience-helping to nurture relationships with existing clients, handling renewals, and managing incoming service calls. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process renewals: Help clients review and renew their policies, ensuring their coverage meets their needs.
  • Problem-solving: Resolve client issues, provide information, and offer guidance on their insurance policies.
  • Cross-sell when appropriate: Identify opportunities to suggest additional coverage or services.
  • Stay organized: Manage client documentation and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance: Follow industry standards and company protocols for every interaction.
What You Bring:

  • No experience required - we welcome newcomers with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus (especially in a call center or office setting).
  • Licensed or not? Doesn't matter! We're happy to work with you whether you have your insurance license or are working on getting it.
  • Excellent communication skills - you're able to interact with clients with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Positive attitude - you'll be working with clients, and a friendly demeanor goes a long way.
