What You’ll Do:

• Engage customers the moment they walk in and guide them through the buying process 
• Build relationships, ask great questions, and match customers with the right vehicle 
• Deliver exciting product demos and test drives 
• Present pricing, features, and financing options with confidence 
• Follow up with leads, internet inquiries, and past customers 
• Stay sharp on Subaru product knowledge and new inventory 
• Hit monthly goals and celebrate wins with your team 
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and positive attitude 

What You Bring:

• Sales experience is great, but drive, energy, and people skills matter more
• Strong communication and customerâ€'service instincts 
• A competitive spirit and desire to grow 
• Ability to learn quickly and stay organized 
• Ability to work a 5-day work week which includes Fridays and Saturdays (we are closed on Sundays)        
• Basic computer skills 
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
