We're currently seeking a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team and help us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
Responsibilities:
-Gently hand-wash delicate china, glassware, and utensils to ensure no damage is done to our premium tableware.
-Sanitize and clean all dishes, pots, and pans following strict hygiene standards.
-Keep kitchen and dish areas clean, organized, and safe at all times
-General cleaning tasks, including but not limited to hood, bathroom, floors, sweeping, mopping
-Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a spotless, sanitary work environment.
-Work closely with the kitchen team to support smooth and efficient service during peak hours.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a fine dining or high-end restaurant setting preferred, especially with hand-washing delicate items. We are willing to train the right candidate to clean and care for our items at the level required
-Ability to work efficiently and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
-Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
-Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
