Job description

Join Our Team as a Registered Behavior Technician!

At Cornerstone Comprehensive Therapy Center, we specialize in providing individualized care for children and adolescents. Our expert team is dedicated to delivering ABA and behavioral health services that support developmental and emotional growth. We offer home-based, center-based, and school-based services tailored to meet each child’s unique needs in familiar and supportive environments. We are seeking passionate individuals to work as ABA therapists, supporting children with Autism in their home environments.

Pay & Perks

  • $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with children with autism in their homes
  • Implement behavior plans created by BCBAs
  • Support skill development (communication, behavior, daily living)
  • Collect and record session data
  • Collaborate with supervisors and families

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation (travel required)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and work with children
  • 40 Hour RBT Training (Online)

Preferred (not required):

  • RBT certification
  • Experience with children or autism

Schedule

  • Weekday afternoons (typically 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM)
  • Weekend availability preferred

Location

  • In-person (home-based services across New Jersey)
  • Hiring in multiple regions (North & Central NJ)
