Job description

Cornerstone Advisor Group (CAG) is seeking driven, Entrepreneurial Financial Advisors who are motivated to build their own business and something meaningful - both for themselves and the families they serve. At CAG, you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team, proven systems, and long-standing partnerships rooted in over 175 years of financial expertise. We believe success isn’t measured by production alone - it’s about integrity, relationships, and keeping promises to clients and to each other.


Compensation:

$90,000 - $120,000


Responsibilities:

This position is open immediately for individuals who want to:


  • Build and grow their own financial advisory practice
  • Help clients gain clarity, confidence, and long-term financial security
  • Be part of a mission-driven organization where people truly matter
  • Develop and implement personalized financial plans aligned with clients’ long-term goals
  • Analyze clients’ financial situations and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients
  • Conduct client meetings with clarity, professionalism, and purpose
  • Collaborate with internal teams and strategic partners to deliver comprehensive financial guidance
  • Utilize firm resources and partnerships to offer a wide range of financial products and services
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices through ongoing learning

Qualifications:
  • Active Life Producer License in your state of residence (Virginia)
  • Proven experience selling life insurance products and generating leads
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Business-driven mindset with the desire to grow a personal practice
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve
  • Self-motivated professionals with a strong work ethic
