As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling fiber optic internet services through door-to-door outreach, referrals, networking, and community engagement within assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Sell fiber optic internet services directly to residential customers.
• Conduct door-to-door sales presentations in assigned neighborhoods and territories.
• Educate potential customers on the benefits of fiber optic internet, including speed, reliability, and value.
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Present customized internet solutions based on customer needs.
• Utilize CRM systems to track leads, sales activity, and customer interactions.
• Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Consistently meet or exceed personal sales goals and performance expectations.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales, door-to-door sales, direct sales, retail sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and strong work ethic.
• Experience in telecommunications, fiber internet, cable, wireless, or solar sales is a plus.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation required.
