Role at a Glance As a Setup Crew Team Member, you'll be part of a full-time, nationwide traveling team responsible for transforming AutoZone retail spaces into fully operational stores. This role involves hands-on fixture installation, merchandising, and collaboration with local teams to ensure every store meets our brand's high standards.

It's ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, have a passion for retail construction, and are excited by the opportunity to travel extensively while making a visible impact. Responsibilities Travel to construction sites and existing store locations across the country Install display equipment and merchandise to meet AutoZone's high standards Construct fixtures following prototypical floor plans Collaborate with and train local AutoZoners in setup processes and fixture construction Merchandise new stores and remodel existing ones using detailed planograms Qualifications What We're Looking For Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license that meets AutoZone's standards Willing and able to travel extensively—up to six to eight weeks at a time or longer if needed Ability to lift up to approximately 70 lbs., load and unload trucks, and move fixtures and merchandise Comfortable with standing for long periods, walking, bending, and maintaining full range of motion Cooperative and responsible team player with a willingness to take on additional duties You'll Go the Extra Mile If You Have Experience with retail construction, fixture setup, or merchandising Flexibility and comfort working in different cities and environments Ability to read and interpret planograms accurately Strong communication skills for training and collaborating with local teams About Us Since opening our first store in 1979, AutoZone has grown into a leading retailer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories across the Americas.
