In ABL, the collateral is the credit, yet most lenders still manage it through emailed spreadsheets, monthly field exams, and manual borrowing base reviews. This is not a back-office analyst seat. The Client Success Lead is the face of CORA to the borrowers and lenders they serve: on site, on calls, and inside the platform. Everything you test, verify, and analyze feeds a live system that monitors collateral continuously between visits. You will do the work of an examiner, the work of a client partner, and the work of a builder at the same time.

Role Overview

The Client Success Lead owns the day-to-day relationship with a set of borrower and lender clients within a Portfolio Manager's block. This role manages the analysis of existing and prospective borrowers' financial reports and collateral records to assess values supporting asset-based loans (ABL) and accounts receivable (AR) securitizations, leads recurring engagements and new surveys, and interacts closely with borrower management to communicate complex financial findings. The Client Success Lead translates that fieldwork into the CORA platform so lenders see collateral risk as it develops, not at month-end, and drives clients' adoption and success on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationships: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for your assigned borrowers and lender clients. Lead management interviews on site visits, maintain effective communication throughout every engagement, and ensure clients get full value from CORA's continuous monitoring solutions.
• Field Exams: Perform detailed on-site testing of collateral securing loans to borrowers to verify existence, eligibility, and value. Capture findings in structured form so they flow directly into CORA's monitoring engine.
• Analysis & Auditing: Perform and document audit activities in accordance with professional standards. Independently analyze performance metrics of collateral and cash flows, including dilution, aging, concentration, and reserve adequacy, to evaluate the impact on lines of credit.
• Platform & Data: Onboard borrower data into CORA, validate ingested AR, inventory, and general ledger data against source records, and configure and QA client-specific eligibility rules and reserves. Flag data issues and workflow gaps to the product team; your feedback shapes the roadmap.
• Reporting: Become a subject matter expert on the CORA platform and provide clear reasoning for changes in collateral values, both in written deliverables and directly to clients inside the platform.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business. CPA or CFA designation is highly beneficial.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in financial services, transaction advisory, or auditing, including direct experience with large, complex Asset-Based Lending (ABL) or AR securitization field exams.
• Technical Knowledge: Advanced understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and GAAP accounting concepts, specifically revenue recognition and reserve impacts. Working knowledge of borrowing base mechanics, advance rates, and ineligible calculations.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (complex operations) and MS Word; familiarity with PowerPoint and Windows-based office software. Comfort learning new software quickly is essential; coding or SQL proficiency is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and address sensitive situations with borrower management.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites, typically ranging from 10 to 35% on average.

Compensation

$60,000 to $100,000 base salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
